"Whatever, Brother" is a unique combination of hip hop and alternative rock, featuring contrasting dynamics ranging from the explosive verses to the airy harmonies of the chorus. The song is a bit of a sarcastic take on an artist's bravado/delusions of grandeur as opposed to the reality. I wrote, performed and produced everything on the song myself, save for the drums that I composed with a friend of mine a long time ago: this song has actually existed since the late 2016 but I finally got around to releasing it the way I wanted to.
